Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email info@lovethelabel.net with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Our team will provide you with the next steps.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We'd be happy to help.

Please email info@lovethelabel.net with your order number and the size you'd like to exchange for, and our team will take care of the rest. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Sale Merchandise

All sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
